How it works

Pick rental dates, pickup, owner delivery, delivery/pickup, and submit your machine details.

3. Sign & pay

Pay online and sign the rental agreement before pickup.

4. Return it

Upload before and after photos to protect both sides.

Owners can make money from attachments sitting in the yard. Start with good photos, specs, daily price, weekly price, deposit, and pickup location.

Listing is free. You only pay a 10% marketplace fee when your attachment actually rents — never a monthly listing fee.

Important: Require proof of insurance or damage protection before the renter leaves with the attachment.

Delivery pricing options

Owners can let renters pick up the attachment, or charge for delivery and pickup. This helps people who do not own a trailer.

Good starter rule: Base delivery fee + miles included + extra charge per mile after that. Also charge a separate pickup fee if the owner has to come back later.

Insurance & protection

This site should require one of these before the rental is approved:

  • Renter uploads a Certificate of Insurance naming the owner/platform.
  • Renter buys a damage waiver/protection plan set up by an insurance broker.
  • Security deposit is held until the attachment is returned and inspected.

A damage waiver is usually not the same as insurance. A real broker should set up the protection terms before launch.

ATTACHMENT RENTAL AGREEMENT Renter agrees to rent the listed equipment attachment for the dates selected at checkout. Renter is responsible for safe use, transport, theft, loss, damage, and return of the attachment in the same condition received, normal wear excepted. Renter confirms their machine is compatible with the attachment, including coupler type, hydraulic flow, weight rating, pin size, and operating capacity. Renter must upload proof of insurance or purchase approved protection before pickup or delivery. Renter agrees to take clear pickup, delivery, and return photos. Any damage, missing parts, excessive wear, late return, delivery waiting time, mileage overage, pickup fee, or cleaning fees may be charged to the renter. If delivery is selected, renter is responsible for accurate jobsite address, safe access, unloading area, and being available for electronic signature at drop-off and pickup. Owner confirms the attachment is in working condition at the time of rental and agrees to provide honest listing information. My Attachment Rental acts as a marketplace connecting owners and renters and charges a 10% marketplace fee on each completed rental. There are no monthly listing fees. Both parties agree to follow all laws, manufacturer safety instructions, and jobsite safety requirements.
